HARVESTING
Our organic Meyer lemons are hand-harvested in California, then transported to be turned into the beautiful and amazing juice that is seeped from lemon peels and its juice.

INFUSION
We then combine our Meyer lemon extract with ultra-premium grade vodka alcohol and allow the concoction to infuse in a cool dark place for 3 to 4 weeks’ time.

COMBINING
We then combine our infused base with natural simple syrup, natural spring water, and our secret Daphane@ recipe. The liquid gold is then mixed and filtered to remove any impurities. No preservatives or chemicals are added to our product.

RESTING
We them bottle the limoncello and seal it tightly, allowing it to rest for at least a week to let the flavors meld together.

There are different stories on limoncello’s origin, some claim it goes back to the Roman time when aristocrats and senators would enjoy this exquisite beverage during the development of lemon cultivation in the area many years had to pass until this.

Our limoncello can transport you to the fabulousness of the Almafi Coast and its remarkable scenery. Think of Amalfi and its breathtaking Mediterranean landscape: mounts diving into the blue cobalt ocean connected by terraces of picturesque houses, all while the sweet scent of lemon blossoms pervades the air. This magical place is where we were inspired to create Daphane Limoncello.
